Upmint is a licensed NBFC-Account Aggregator (AA) under the supervision of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We offer data aggregation services for individuals, businesses, and institutions to access and share financial information securely. This policy defines how pricing is determined and communicated to users.
Our services may include both free and paid offerings. Paid services are charged based on usage, access frequency, volume of data retrieved, or as per a subscription plan. Pricing details will be explicitly shared with users before opting into any paid service.
Certain basic services may be provided free of cost to individuals or organizations for limited usage or promotional periods. Free services are subject to change or withdrawal at Upmint's sole discretion.
Payments made for services are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges or errors attributable to our systems. Users may cancel subscriptions as per the terms shared during sign-up. Cancellation may stop future billing but will not refund past payments.
All applicable taxes (including GST) will be levied as per the Government of India’s regulations. Users are responsible for reviewing the final price before completing any transaction.
Upmint reserves the right to update pricing plans, introduce new charges, or modify existing plans. Users will be notified of changes via email or through announcements on the official website.
